Elisabeth is a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree from Liberty University. With over a decade of experience working with survivors of sexual trauma, she has provided support in both community and residential treatment settings. Elisabeth finds great joy in supporting individuals, couples, and families as they journey toward hope, healing, and freedom in Christ.
Elisabeth specializes in trauma, abuse, and crisis intervention, using a range of counseling approaches including Christ-centered EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), creative art interventions, and trauma-informed care. She tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual or family, ensuring a supportive and personalized experience.
Having grown up in the United Kingdom and previously lived in Indonesia, Elisabeth brings a unique perspective to her counseling work. Her background also includes research and a master’s degree in chemistry from Durham University, allowing her to integrate analytical insight with a holistic and culturally sensitive approach to therapy.
Outside her professional work, Elisabeth enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children, painting, reading, and playing piano. She is currently under supervision as she works towards LPC licensure. She offers both in-office and telehealth counseling services.
